Craig Marketplace – Las Vegas, NV. Property acquisition, design and development of 152,982 sf, neighborhood shopping center (16.42 acres) located at the southeast corner of Craig Road and Tenaya Way, adjacent to U.S. Highway 95. Anchored by Albertsons supermarket (60,100 sf)
Rhodes Ranch Town Center – Las Vegas, NV. Design and development of 156,418 sf, neighborhood shopping center (16.43 acres) located at the southwest corner of Warm Springs Road and Durango Drive. Anchored by Vons supermarket (55,200 sf).
Park Central Plaza – North Las Vegas, NV. Development implementation plan for 203,570 sf, neighborhood shopping center (26.68 acres) located at northeast corner of Ann Road and Losee Road. Anchored by Wal-Mart Neighborhood store (41,500 sf).
Horizon Ridge Square – Henderson, NV. Layout, design and development of 32.23 acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Horizon Drive and Horizon Ridge Pkwy, adjacent to U.S. Highway 93. Project includes: 103,518 sf shopping center anchored by Vons supermarket (44,251 sf); boutique retail complex; 64,500 sq office complex; and 2.5 acre mini storage facility.
Pahrump Valley Junction — Pahrump, NV. Parcel assemblage, acquisition and development of 32-acre, community shopping center located at the southwest corner of Basin Road and Highway 160, anchored by Albertsons supermarket (62,300 sf), Walmart Supercenter (155,082 sf) and Sav-on drug store.
Albertsons Redevelopment — Phoenix, AZ. Acquisition and redevelopment of Albertsons supermarket (60,231 sf) at northeast corner of Bell Road and 43rd Avenue. New tenants include Fresh & Easy and 99 Cents Only.
Albertsons Redevelopment — Gilbert, AZ. Acquisition and redevelopment of Albertsons supermarket (63,103 sf) at southwest corner of Guadalupe Road and Gilbert Road. New tenants include Fresh & Easy and 99 Cents Only.
Tropicana Centre — Las Vegas, NV. Implementation of leasing and stabilization plan for 578,260 sq ft community shopping center on behalf of special servicer (CMBS foreclosure), anchored by Walmart Supercenter (120,383 sf), Sam's Club (133,764 sf), Sunflower Market (40,200 sf) and other notable retailers.
Sunrise Plaza — Las Vegas, NV. Development and implementation plan for neighborhood shopping center (10.6 acre) located at southeast corner of Lake Mead Boulevard and Hollywood Boulevard, anchored by Albertsons supermarket (56,300 sf) and Sav-on drug store.
Shadow Mountain Marketplace — Las Vegas NV. Development services and implementation plan for a 350,000 sf, community shopping center located at northwest corner of Decatur Boulevard and Las Vegas Beltway (SR 215), anchored by Costco Wholesale, Best Buy, Stein Mart, Walgreens and other national tenants.
